At Wonderful World of Walt, your Disney treasures are lovingly prepared for dispatch and shipped via Australia Post or a reliable courier service. We aim to send out all orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with Express Post parcels typically shipped within one business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

As a one-person team, I appreciate your understanding that there may be occasional delays due to health or other unforeseen circumstances.

Rest assured, every package is securely wrapped to protect your cherished items during their journey, and all orders come with tracking for your peace of mind. *Please note: Australia Post no longer guarantees next-day delivery for Express Post.*

To ensure your treasures arrive safely, please double-check your delivery address. Any re-delivery charges due to incorrect details will be the customer’s responsibility. While I strive to ship your order promptly, Wonderful World of Walt is not responsible for transit times, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you need your order urgently, simply let me know in the comments section when placing your order, and I will do my best to make Disney magic happen within 24 hours.

International shipping is available through Australia Post, although some items may have shipping restrictions outside of Australia.

For those who prefer to pick up their treasures in person, I offer free pick-up from my location in Golden Grove. Once your order is ready, I’ll reach out to arrange a convenient collection time. Appointments are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Sundays, but I’m happy to work around your schedule if you need a different time. If you wish to nominate someone else to collect your order, please let me know when arranging the appointment.

I understand the importance of timely delivery, so if you have a specific timeframe in mind, please contact me immediately, and I’ll do my utmost to accommodate your request.

Please note that due to certain restrictions, there may be times when access to my warehouse is limited. While I strive to minimise any impact, I appreciate your understanding.

Lastly, I regret to inform you that customers can no longer arrange their own couriers for pickups, including services like Uber, Yello, or Sherpa.
